Shipping / Returns Information
Shipping - We ship within Canada Only - *Free Shipping on All Orders over $200.00 before taxes.
It is our goal to offer same-day processing on orders received by 2:00 PM PST on any given day (excluding Sundays and Holidays; including long weekends); such orders will be shipped within 48-96 hours. We ship all orders within Canada by Purolator. Estimated shipping time can range from 2 to 14 days, depending on where you live, when you place your order (day or season), and the type of Purolator delivery service you choose. We cannot be responsible for delivery transit time. Shipping charges and sales tax will be added to the total of the order during checkout. Free shipping on most items when cart total is equal to or greater than $200.00 before taxes, certain oversized/over weight items (ie; bumpers, storage units) will have an additional charge. Special Order items do not quailfy for free shipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com or (604) 533-3733. Cancellation notice must be given within 2 hours of placing your order.
To facilitate an easy, enjoyable experience on behalf of all our customers, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know! We will do everything we can to make it right, including helping to troubleshoot problems or issuing an exchange or a refund. Items returned for exchange or refund must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the item. Product(s) must be un-used; unless defective, and must be returned in their original packaging.
You can request an exchange or a refund by going to the "Returns" link and requesting a return authorization (RMA) number. We will issue an RMA or be in further contact to get more information about your concern. You must obtain an RMA number from us before sending back any item.
Credit will be issued once product(s) has been returned to Showcase Truck Accessories and checked over by our return department. Customer is responsible for return freight unless product/item is damaged or defective, customer must acquire Showcase Truck Accessories approval for any and/or all returns prior to shipping back to Showcase Truck Accessories, whether it is a normal return for credit or a damaged/defective return/exchange.
